The NY Ayrshire Club Annual Meeting
The NY Ayrshire Club will be holding its annual meeting at the 2012 All Breeds Convention at the Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel and Conference Center, Syracuse, NY. The meeting will be held from 10:00 to noon on Saturday, January 21, 2012. The All Breeds Luncheon will held at 12:00, all are welcome. Reservations and $23.00 payment need to be sent to Amy Kelsey, 6809 Jennings Rd, Canastota, NY 13032 ASAP. Items to be covered will include, planning for the future, and reports from national meeting/national activities, sale and committee reports will be presented and the NYS Fair. The NY Ayrshire Princess will review the year 2011 in a power point presentation. We also encourage the breeders to attend all the informational seminars, listen to the keynote speaker/panel and attend the trade show.
There will be a youth meeting held from 10:00 to noon also where there will be discussion about youth participation at the national convention to include dairy bowl and dairy jeopardy.
